Jiawen (Carmen) Zhu is an experience designer and creative producer with a background in public engagement, participatory research and physical installation, including hands-on object handling and exhibition delivery for institutions such as the Science Museum. Comfortable moving between the design studio, the gallery floor, and the community workshop — equally at ease researching content, coordinating teams, and communicating complex ideas to broad public audiences. Currently completing an MA in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, building on a BA in Interaction Design Arts from UAL.
